Hi Nicholas, we take these concerns seriously and want to ensure your account is understood correctly. Our installment agreements provide clear terms at the time of signing regarding our 0% APR deferred interest promotions. The 0% APR promotion is a deferred interest period. During these 6 months, interest is calculated on the declining principal balance but is not charged if the balance is paid in full by the expiration date. If a balance remains after 6 months, the interest balance becomes due. Our loans are not 'interest-only.' Like a standard personal loan, payments are applied to interest first, then principal, and finally any fees (i.e. late fees, NSF Fees, etc.). We also do not charge compound interest. Once the deferred interest balance is satisfied, your monthly payments continue to pay down your principal until the loan is resolved.
