⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with PatientFi and feel completely blindsided by how they handled my account. Two years ago, I financed a procedure through PatientFi and was told I would make automatic monthly payments for 24 months. I never missed a single payment, and I expected my loan to be paid off in May 2026 as scheduled. However, after my final monthly payment, I noticed I was still being charged $150. When I called to ask why, I was informed that I had an outstanding balance that was supposedly due on June 20, 2026, and because it was not paid by that date, I was charged over $1,130 in interest. My issue is simple: I NEVER received a final invoice, statement, bill, email, letter, text message, or any notification telling me that a remaining balance was due. Had I been properly notified, I would have paid it immediately. Instead, I was allowed to miss a due date I didn’t even know existed, and then was hit with over $1,100 in interest charges. I contacted customer service to explain the situation and requested that they work with me given the lack of notice, but they repeatedly told me “that’s how they do it” and refused to take any responsibility or offer a reasonable resolution. I paid every monthly payment on time for two years and acted in good faith throughout the entire loan. The lack of communication and unwillingness to help a customer who never missed a payment is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage anyone considering PatientFi financing to carefully review the terms and monitor their account closely, because you may not receive adequate notice before significant interest charges are applied.

Hi Krisgcons, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration surrounding your account. We completely understand how upsetting it is to encounter unexpected interest charges, and we always want our financing terms to be as transparent as possible. To help prevent surprises, deferred interest terms are clearly highlighted during the online transaction process. We also provide the specific promotion end date and the total accruing interest in several prominent places, including the signed contract and the online portal dashboard. Additionally, our system is designed to generate monthly statements showcasing the interest balance and the exact date it must be paid to remain interest-free. While we strive to be as helpful as possible, we must adhere to the terms of the signed installment agreement to ensure fairness and accuracy for all our borrowers. If you have further questions or would like us to review your account details with you, please reach out to our support team at (866) 734-5979. Sincerely, PatientFi Support Team
