Patches were great, and delivered quickly. If the quote had been correct, and I wasn't charged $35USD more I would have given them 5 stars.

I emailed the same person "Tim" I had been in communication with before the order was processed on October 9,2017 and October 10,2017 TWICE about how I was distafised with the work.. I stated Hello I previously placed a order for 20 patches after receiving them the patches look nothing like the proof, "Spr 14" is completely messed up "35" is crooked. The "I" and "H" in sisterhood are not the same size as the other letters.. and sisters keeper looks like it was written by a kindergartener. I am completely upset that our patches came out looking like this as we have an event coming up.. Please reevaluate the patches we we're sent with the proof and advise me on what can be done to fix this. This is just bad customer service if only I were able to attach the proof vs the actual product. It is now Oct 19 and no one has even responded to my email
