I've done TWO trips through Passports, and this company is GREAT! Passports may not the cheapest educational travel company out there-- although when we've asked for quotes from other companies for comparable itineraries, the prices have been extremely close, if not higher. Here are some ways that Passports brings value to the table: 1) They only pick 3-4 star hotels that are centrally located. Over and over, educators who've traveled with other tour companies have told me that their hotels were 60+ min outside of the city, which saves the travel company money, but it's a waste of time for the travelers. 2) The meals that are included in the cost are incredible! True European cuisine! Again, I've heard horror stories from other travel companies where the meals consist of french fries and a slab of meat. Not so with Passports! If you click on the link in my post, you'll see a slideshow where I give a sample menu from a restaurant that we ate at on a prior trip. These are good quality meals that cost anywhere from €35-€50 a plate.

Passports is an amazing company to travel with. They listen and try to meet all of your requests and expectations. They are supportive and ready to assist if something unexpected does arise. They offer incredible training conferences also. While visiting at a conference, I could see the love, passion and respect they have for each other, which leads right back to us and our students. I recommend this group to everyone!

We had a fantastic experience during our trip to France and Monaco. Everything is well-planned with quality hotels in downtown locations, thoughtful menus combining French classics, keeping in mind the tastes of teenagers. Our tour director was dynamic, extremely pleasant and helpful. I will continue to travel with Passports for many more years.

Just got back from Munich with Passports and it was awesome as usual! Great people and great tour guides. I highly recommend that you bring Passports to your school or to your travel community you will not regret it!

I love being a customer at Passports! They have planned two beautiful trips for the students at our high school—one to Italy and the other to London and Paris. The itineraries for student travel are packed with fun and educational activities with attention to every detail. I just took my first trip with Passports in November to Munich, Germany. The trip was outstanding and the accommodations were fantastic and located within a 5 min walk of the downtown district. The Passports staff is incredibly kind and helpful and I cannot wait to travel with them again in June.

Every detail of the long weekend was thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed by the Passports staff. Passports Student Travel is an exceptional company. And that is because of the people. The entire staff is always helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. They put together tours that are educational, entertaining, well-planned, and paced well. Communication is always available. Having the personal attention of a consultant is comforting. The tour director is with the group 24/7 to help navigate the planned (and unplanned) details of any trip. Accommodations (with great breakfast buffets) are wonderful, with locations in the city center. The value for the tour is well-worth the cost. This is the best tour company out there!
