Passports TravelReviews of passports.com

This is a company that truly cares about their group leaders and travelers. I had constant effective communication pre travel - during the trip- post travel with Company Headquarters as well as the Tour Director. Each question was answered right away and had the best interest of the traveler in mind. I can't express enough how seamless the trip went. The food was great and the hotels were excellent.

Passports is incredible!! We had such a smooth travel experience from pre-departure to return. Katy and Dale made it so easy to plan and get the trip off the group, our on-site tour director, Alison, was a HUGE hit with both kids and chaperones. The food and accommodations was awesome, and even when our train to Paris was cancelled due to the train strikes, Passports jumped in to solve the problem and still got us to Paris that day. I went on a tour with Passports 9 years ago as a high school student, and it was just as much fun going as a group leader with my own students. Cannot wait to travel with them again!!

Passports has proven, yet again, why they are the only travel company I will use. The pre-planning is easy, allowing me to get the tour that I want. Registration is smooth and user friendly for my students. Staff was always available to help- both online and in person on the phone. The hotels and restaurants are all in great locations, they guides are excellent, and attention is paid to every detail. We skipped every line and were able to fit in so much in such a short time. Once you travel this way, it is hard to consider ever doing it anyway else.

The more I travel with my students, the more I appreciate and trust Passports! The level of professional knowledge, insights, the contacts they have in every country and community has translated into incredible opportunities for my students. They utilize the best tour directors in the business, and do all this for the best price. We just returned from this year’s trip and are already planning next year’s! Thank you, Passports, for making international travel possible for my students!

I really can not say enough positive things about Passports. I have traveled with two other tour companies and Passports literally blows the competition away. The hotels are centrally located and amazing, the meals are authentic, plentiful and delicious and the Tour Directors are really knowledgeable and so friendly and engaging. But, the place where Passports really, really shines is in their customer service. From start to finish, Passports goes above and beyond to create and deliver a superior tour experience every time. Passports staff are super responsive to all of my questions and needs and really go the extra mile to ensure that my tour is crafted and executed exactly as I envision it. It is extremely important to me that I deliver a really high quality tour to my travelers and I have the sense that it is equally important to Passports. They truly do see Group Leaders as their travel partners and they do everything they can to ensure that the partnership is a really positive one. If you are considering giving Passports a try, do it! You will be grateful you did!

I've traveled with other tour companies many times before, and I honestly expected Passports to offer the same experience as the others. I was wrong. Passports blew me away! I went to Madrid with them and our hotel was ON Gran Via--not close, not a few blocks away, on the main street itself. We walked everywhere and there was so much to do and see right in that area. Compare this to my last tour with the biggest company in student travel, where our hotels were 1-1.5 hours out of the city and were so isolated, there was nothing around. The food: amazing. Actually authentic meals that were plentiful, diverse, and delicious. Overall, though, my biggest praise goes to the company and their staff. I have been so pleasantly surprised when working with their staff. They have been kind, genuine, easy to reach, and quick to help. I cannot recommend Passports more!

I LOVE traveling with Passports! We have been traveling for 10 years with them, taking students all over the world! I wouldn't choose any other company!
