I made contact with Passport Poppin as an inquiry. My travel specialist was very professional when scheduling our initial consult. She was very down to earth and was able to walk me through the process. She bared with me although I had expressed not really being a planner and really relying on their support for this Surprise trip for my wife. The process has been smooth thus far and I’m excited to be writing another review post the trip.

Trinity was incredibly professional and took the time to ensure I fully understood the process. While my group ultimately decided not to book this time, I’m eager to work with her in the future.

First time in Tulum, and I had so much fun. The schedule was well planned, and I never felt the need to rush. It was a very relaxing trip.I don't think I could've had a better travel agent than Nakeba. She was very welcoming and thoughtful. 10/10 experience. Will definitely book with Nakeba for all my future trips .

Nakeba did an amazing job getting this trip together from flights, stay, itinerary, transportation and activities! She even found us promos for some freebies/discounts. Even with the issue of the hotel not finding my reservation, she swooped in and saved the day!
