The photo was not approved by US Passport Renewal so I have to start all over again.

i’m very upset. i paid a lot of money for two photos. the way it was packaged there was no way to open except to tear the envelope. well in doing this i tore right through one of the photos. unusable.

Hi, I hope you are well. All our orders are sent in secure envelopes, there is a tab at the top that can be easily opened which would not affect your images. Please can you contact [email protected] and send us proof of this. A member of our team would be more than happy to assist you.

Photos were confirmed as acceptable and then rejected by the Passport Office. A total waste of money. By far cheaper to go to a photo booth and have them emailed to you.

The photo pasted the second review but when uploaded the picture, was not good enough and had a poor rating so it could not be used by the Gov.Uk website for a passport photo.. wasted £26 on this
