Hi, hope you are well. Thank you for leaving us a review. All our US photo sixes are 2x2, when printing at home or Walgreens you must make sure to choose the 4”X6” glossy photo paper size. We have a set of instructions guiding you through the process however, you have not contacted us about this issue. Please email [email protected] and a member of our team will help proceed further in assisting you and fixing the problem.

Hi, I hope you are well. I am sorry to hear your initial image was not accepted, our team will help support you through this. If your initial photo online was brighter on your screen and also passed our quality control team, and then, came out darker in print in Walgreens - the issue can be with Walgreens brightness settings in their printer at that specific location - which is something we can not control unfortunately. We have a very clear policy which is if a photo did not pass the passport agency review (which is very rare) we are happy to either issue a full refund or issue another photo for no extra charge. If you please email our support today ([email protected]) specify your order number and request and we will be more than happy to review the photo again and print and ship them to you, or have you take another photo for no charge and then ship you the new photo. Many thanks, Passport Photos Team

First of all, we are sorry yo hear about your Walgreens experience. If your initial photo online was brighter on your screen and also passed our quality control team, and then, came out darker in print in Walgreens - the issue can be with Walgreens brightness settings in their printer at that specific location - which is something we can not control unfortunately. Nevertheless, if you please email our support today ([email protected]) specify your order number and request and we will be more than happy to review the photo again and print and ship them to you, or have you take another photo for no charge and then ship you the new photo. In general, our pass rate is usually higher than Walgreens or CVS so if the photo pass our quality control it is more likely to pass despite what a Walgreens associate might tell you. We have a very clear policy which is if a photo did not pass the passport agency review (which is very rare) we are happy to either issue a full refund or issue another photo for no extra charge. Regards, Adam Team PassportPhotos.com
