After a rough start to my first year of med school I was left feeling scared for 2nd year and the dreaded boards exams so I took the live online class and I absolutely loved it. I felt like Dr. Francis connected so many dots for me, so many concepts made much more sense, and I finally felt like UNDERSTANDING (not memorizing) medicine was in fact possible. I completed 2nd year with a bang, totally different grades than 1st year because I now knew how to study--following certain patterns and hammering in the physiology (major key). I had access to the on-demand videos during the latter part of second year (when I started honing in on boards) and it was really helpful to decipher things I couldn't grasp. I will say that I enjoyed the live online course more than fully online--I personally felt like I got more out of it. Fast forward to my first COMSAE -- my score was not what I expected so I was devastated. I quickly realized that my problem was deciphering questions and what they want as an answer; for example I could read a question stem and I knew exactly which disease process was being described but when it came to the answers I ended up choosing the wrong one. So I ended up reaching out to Dr. Francis and he agreed to personally tutor me, one-on-one, to prepare me for my boards exams. Surely enough my last COMSAE had improved by 158 points!! and I ended up scoring the same exact number on the real thing. I truly believe Dr. Francis is amazing. I've seen reviews saying this program isn't to learn but honestly you get out of it what you put into it. I needed content review and guidance with questions and that's exactly what I got. Yes, you will need to supplement with other resources at times but that's perfectly normal. It's about repetition and simplifying concepts. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Francis' ability and drive to teach. Absolutely recommend!

Dr. Francis helped me so much! I was struggling hard with reading quickly and identifying key words in the questions. I learned so much about medicine through this program. Passed level 1 Comlex on first attempt! Grateful.

Let me give you a brief vision into my experience. I had a hard time getting through COMP/CCSE as an IMG, I had multiple failed attempts before I reached out to Dr Francis and the program. With his help, I was able to get another attempt. Dr Francis on the first day of the course states that you are part of the Pass Program Family, and he means every part of that. He takes cares of everything you need and more. The Tutors, the atmosphere and much much more. I came to the pass program, having exhausted every resource you can states/imagine for step 1 and for step 2 but it didnt get me where I needed to be. I thought I had it packed down but Dr Francis did give me a way better perspective into everything. Fast forward 4 weeks from the course I passed my CCSE with the grace of God and Dr Francis' help. 6 weeks later here I am vouching for the course after having passed Step 2 CK and score well on it. I highly recommend this course, he gives you an insight into life. I am currently in my last few rotations of medical school, and I thought come on there is no way at this point I can possible impress that much, but applying the concepts Dr Francis taught me, I managed to impress high up Cardiologist. Believe me when I say, it is worth it. You are investing in yourself the best investment out there.

Dr. Francis teaches his students to believe in themselves and he gives us the tools to succeed in our exams and in life. What I love about this program is that he takes each and everyone of his students and molds them into doctors that are passionate about their studies. The PASS Program is not just a program for learning how to take exams, it is a family where everyone looks out for each other and they provide each other motivation and support. Dr. Francis takes students that have been defeated and he makes those students believe in themselves and gain the confidence they need to succeed in exams and in rotations.

I find Dr Francis’ method of teaching to be very interactive, easy to understand and applicable in everything. His focus on knowing the basics makes learning everything else easier and with no mindless memorizations!

PASS program really helped me. The program covered a lot of the topics and it is left for the participant to filter how to use the information. I came for step 1 in 2017 and with numerous discussion groups, I understood as much information as I can. Whatever Dr. Francis says resonates with me because I like audiovisual information. And when I answer questions following his rules, the answers almost always come out correct. I later came back for Step 3 in 2020 to consolidate the knowledge. The pricing is reasonable compared to some other programs that I have checked out. I really want to appreciate Dr. Francis for his help and support. I will recommend PASS program to anyone who wants to understand Medicine. Thank you so much sir and God bless!
