Great experience, especially being on the other side of the border, worried about extra fees, and how long it would take, everything went very well. Absolutely no issues, the price with shipping, taxes and duties were as they said and arrived at the approximate time. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Here’s a slightly tightened and more natural version (same meaning, just smoother flow): Thank you for taking the time to update your review. We’re sorry to hear about the initial issue with the damaged packaging and the inconvenience it caused, and we appreciate you working with our team to provide the details needed to resolve it. We’re glad we were able to quickly make it right with a replacement and refund, and that everything has now been resolved. While carrier handling can sometimes result in damage during transit, we always want to ensure our customers are taken care of when issues like this occur. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to correct the situation, and we’re grateful for your continued support.
