The Worst. Don’t buy from this vendor
Don’t buy from this vendor. False advertising. I ordered a main board for a central air unit at 12:30pm with overnight shipping for $200. Twice the value of the part ordered. This was ordered well before the 3:00 cutoff time for overnight delivery. They shipped it after 6:00 that night and the part didn’t arrive until Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. I contacted support for a credit twice and only heard excuses that it was UPS fault. Still have not provided a partial credit with promises to call me back with a solution. Spend your money with a reputable supplier !

We’d like to clarify that our website displayed a notice from 09/03/2026 through 09/09/2026 stating that we would be closed on Monday, 09/07, for Labor Day, with no shipping or deliveries that day. Our records show that your order was placed on 09/04/2026 at 1:20 PM CST, and we shipped it that same day as scheduled. While the package was shipped later in the day, our shipping policy provides for shipping and delivery on weekdays only. Since Monday was a holiday, Tuesday was the next available delivery day, and you confirmed that the package was delivered to you on Tuesday. We sincerely apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding.

Stay away!!!!!!!!
One of the , absolute, worst companies to deal with, but its my fault, especially after ive read reviews. I was hoping people were just scorned but nope. I a motor for my condenser fan that goes to my walk in freezer. Even after I ordered it, I emailed them and explained how I need this fast because of the possible loss of product. I opted for the over night delivery , which is 200.00, but I was willing to pay that and did. Well. I got the tracking info and low and behold it said id receive it in 3 days. I was furious because.i laid the extra 200.00. I called them, emailed them and " we will have to check with our team" team??? Anyways today I was supposed to receive it and NOPE still not expected to be.delivwred next week. They are a scam and , of course, cant understand a darn thing they say. So STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS, THEY SHIULD BE INVESTIGATED AND ICE NEEDS TO PAY THEM A VISIT.

Great customer service and parts availability
I had a very unhappy customer and Parts HNC was able to help me out of a pickle by overnighting parts to us on short notice all the way to Hawaii! Great service all around. Will definitely use them in the future for my parts needs.
