I ordered a part per the part description on the website. When I received the part the specifications were not the same as listed on the website and it would not work with my unit. Upon providing me with a return authorization number I was told I would be charged a 10% restocking fee. I would not have ordered the part if the correct description would have been listed and I received the part per the website description. Quick to ship out and good customer support other than charging a restocking fee for their error in the description. After discussing with customer rep, showing them a snapshot of the website, they are dropping the restocking fee. I’m changing my rating. They were cordial through the entire experience and provided the correct resolution.

The website was OK and ordering was easy enough. Although the blower module works the blower motor only has one speed instead of the variable it had before. The new module is a replacement part as the original part was replaced with this part number. Is there anything that can be done to get a slower speed?
