This is the third time I am purchasing Parts from this company and I have gotten robbed they took my money. I got no parts and they will not answer the phone. One of the time they said they would’ve refunded me over $300. I have yet to received it.

I ordered a replacement fan motor for a Bakers Pride convection oven. It was a perfect match, the price was right and it arrived in a couple of days. Good company!

Horrible customer service if you want to return anything. Making my return very complicated and giving me the run around. Don’t do business with this company. Seems like another deceitful, lying, scam company in my opinion.

I have only bought parts a couple times but they’re website is user friendly and what I bought was a lot cheeper than other parts supply houses. They shipped promptly and arrived in a timely manner I will definitely buy from them again.
