Poor customer service shipping charges to high fist order have to be picked up by us no refund on the 75 dollars and second order extra 100 dollars for delivery to the church address I guess will never order anything from the partition king’s again better luck for someone who wants to order from them

Gus, we appreciate both of your purchases with us, both of which you paid the "Limited Access" fee due to your ship to location being a Church without a parking lot or even a driveway that is also located in a residential side street area. Before you paid the fee, you were given the opportunity to ship to another location. However, you chose to pay the fee, a fee that is imposed by the freight carriers and not Partition King. A "Limited Access" location is an area where pickup or delivery is restricted or limited. Think of it from the driver's perspective. If the driver has to go out of their normal route area, cannot pull up to a loading dock and load or unload within 10-15 minutes, the location will be considered "Limited Access" and additional fees apply. Please search "Limited Access Delivery" on Google and you will find that this is a standard policy for ALL freight carriers, and they strictly enforce this. We simply pass this cost on to the customer as part of their freight charge in the quote. If a "Limited Access" fee is applicable, we always notify our customers up front. Product is good and delivery time was good BUT it came in so many pieces with no explanation of how they went together. Really need to send some sort of directions or at least a picture of what the end product should be.
