Dont do it!!!!…

I ordered fdom partition king 4 bathroom stalls. To go in school. I beeded tso for boys bathroom two for a girls bathroom. I signed contract with my phone and paid with credit card 2500+ dollars. I was sent an approvel drawing that was wrong! It was four stalls in boys bathroom two in girls. I explained that this was arong to leslie and that stopped everything. This was a school job so i didnt have weeks to waste!!! Dinally i had to settle for already made tan ones and paint them blue. My order arrived 1 week befode school stadted even tho i started with 11 weeks. I was in hospital when stalls arrived when i got out i was shocked to find after ALL THE HASSLE pre approve re do etc...you sent me a total of TWO STALLS ONE FOR EACH BATHROOM!!!!! my expedience with partition king was horrible as a contractor i will never and have told evedyone i know NEVER consider padtition king as they will make sure u go over budget and miss deadlines the service is the worst i have eved experienced.

Dave, it saddens us to see this review for many reasons but mostly because the time issue was due to your health and your being hospitalized which we have the upmost compassion for but are not responsible for and therefore undeserving of such a poor review over something not in our control. You started your quote with us on May 17th yet the order was not paid for until July 6th (due to your health issues) orders do not process until payment has been made and documents are signed, speaking of which you signed on the drawings as them being correct, your signature is the authorization that you approve what the drawings depict. On July 13th you contacted us to say your job was behind schedule and you could no longer wait for the material to be the color blue which you knew from the start was a 2-3 week ship time, at that point - you chose - to switch to a quick ship color (grey dawn) which then arrived to your destination in under a week, so again as sympathetic as we are to anyone's health challenges, Partition King is in no way responsible for the delays with this particular project - we hope you are well and that your health continues to improve.
