Service was great
Service was great, and communication was as good as can be over email or text. We drove 10 hours to pick up our order and the only that was missing was being able to call someone when it came down to picking up order. Besides that everything went well.

Hello Peter, we're glad you found our service to be great and enjoyed the ease of communication via email and text, as for not being able to contact someone at our suppliers warehouse in Salt Lake City to pick up your order, I can only assume that is due to that location not being a "pick up" site, we only arranged that for you in particular as a courtesy... we appreciate your business and we're happy to know that otherwise, everything went well.
