We did some things wrong on our end and ended up not having a handicap accessible order. That’s our fault. My biggest sadness was the delivery. It was one guy trying to do 700 pounds. We had to pay extra since we are a church and I ended up doing a lot of work because I was the only one to help him. I had a bad cold and was frustrated. So if I understand, after I paid the $100 extra for delivery, it was my job to carry it off the truck?

Sorry to hear you've not been feeling well Dale. As far as unloading the order, you had the option at checkout to add the liftgate service which would have lowered your order to the ground. Leslie Project Manager 800-685-7541

I like the fact that I sent a picture of a drawing of my bathroom and they made it into a professional drawing and use it to make the partitions with.
