The partitions are value partitions. They aren't high end but you aren't paying high end prices either. They shipped out late and customer service couldn't tell me when they would ship. They said "shipping any moment now" which was a weird estimation of time for me. All in all it was a meh kind of experience.

Jenny, First and foremost, thank you for your order! We have many types of partitions for all types of budgets - including standard economy options and high end full privacy options. For this specific job, you opted to be quoted for our standard economy line. In regards to communication - we emailed you an expected ship date of 4-12-23 and your order shipped on that exact day. On that very day, we emailed you tracing information so that you could track the shipment through delivery. We apologize if you felt your experience was not what you were expecting, but we provide as much communication as possible. Thank you, Lee Lowden Manager 800-685-7541

Our project had an accelerated schedule with a narrow window of time to install the toilet partitions. Partition King provided a quote and approval drawings within 24 hours. We ordered in-stock powder-coated panels which shipped in a few days. The material and accessories arrived quickly providing our team ample time to install. They look great!

Ordering custom layouts is relatively easy. I had no plans to assist, however the design team was a lot of help making it work. The email chains did get a little confusing with a few different people reaching out on one order. In addition, the second order placed was shipped via fedex and all the pieces were damaged. All in all the everything turned out great and will definitely use partion king in the future.

The ordering process was simple and the time from ordering to receiving the product was expedient. Great quality in the product as well. A material list of all parts would have been helpful, other than that I have no complaints and would recommend the product to others.
