My experience with company
My experience with company - negative. I bought Gobalance for around 150$. We used it a couple of times. After a break of about six months, it never connected to the mobile/iPad again, everything it was connected to before. There is no support or any reaction by email from company despite I would buy a new gyroscope for ring to continue use it. PS Company contacted me after this feedback. I can connect an old mobile only to Gobalance with their help.

Ordered (or pledged) a chessxr board in…
Ordered (or pledged) a chessxr board in November of 2023 on indiegogowith an estimated delivery of June 2024. Almost 2 years later and I have nothing. Was also asked for an additional $89 to cover delivery (well after initial order or “pledge”). There are other companies with chess boards that use the same technology that have been out quite awhile. I think waiting 20+ months past the estimated delivery date is enough to expect delivery or a refund.

We completely understand the frustration. The GoChess XR project has taken significantly longer than originally estimated, and we fully acknowledge that. However, this is an active crowdfunding project, not a standard retail purchase. Throughout development, we have shared regular updates explaining the challenges and progress. Today, after extensive real-world testing with more than 150 beta testers, the core hardware and motors have received the green light for mass production. Our current plan is to begin mass production in September and start shipping to backers in October. Regarding shipping, the campaign stated from the beginning that shipping would be collected separately through the pledge manager. Those costs have actually increased significantly since they were collected, and backers will not be asked to cover that difference. We know the wait has been far too long. At this point, our focus is on completing production and finally getting GoChess XR into our backers' hands.
