Got to be worst App ever. No instructions how to use. In order to find parking you need to enter the zone number where you want to park — but there’s no map of zones and no link to find one. No instructions on how to reserve amount of time needed. Trying to navigate the website is a horrible experience and I may be old but I’m not dumb. The performance group that uses the venue that recommends this as the only reasonable parking structure nearby (wife has bad knee arthritis) will likely lose my attendance because of this terrible app.

This app is crap. I have paid for parking with the same license plate/vehicle for months and all the sudden it made up some new tag number that “I paid for” and got a ticket with my actual plate number. Worthless. Save all receipts.

Less than zero stars. Keeps logging out and wanting password info when I'm at beach. Don't carry my effing passwords there. GFY

This is an amazingly poor app. Unfortunately, all the lots in my area use it. I have tried 3 times to get this to work. 1. Will not accept the lot code (6 digits usually) 2. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Now will not accept a form of payment during setup. 3. Sent an e mail request for help about 6 months ago...crickets. Why are we stuck using this garbage?

I followed the directions on the sign. Downloaded the app, put in my credit card, and thought all was well. I paid for 4 hours of parking. When I got to my vehicle there was a ticket for $30 on my windshield from the city. I wish I would have read the reviews before I used this service. So why are these cities putting up with this fraud? I want my money back and do not want to pay a $30 ticket.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I purchased tickets for the Chris Stapleton Concert in Atlanta I had never been to this stadium. I clicked on the parking that was recommended which was the mercedes benz stadium parking. Nowhere on the booking page or in any type of noticeable spot did it say you had to own a mercedes if that is the case you should have to put the make and model of your car to reserve. I paid over $70.00 for this space got there and was turned away because I own a dodge the worker was very nice and directed us to another lot. I was refused a refund saying it was in the terms of conditions. I am sorry something that important should be on the main page. Their lot was almost empty and about 5-6 other people that were there when I was had the same issue. To me this is how they make their money misleading people get the money because their lot doesn't fill up. these people are thieves and take advantage of consumers.

Horrible parking company. I got stuck in a parking garage in Chicago on 10/23 because ParkMobile claimed that the garage had in and out privileges but it did not. My bar code wouldn’t work so I had to pay the original amount of $106 for two days of my reservation plus an additional $53 since the in and out privilege was denied by the garage. The customer service rep Michael said he would refund me the original reservation amount of $106 for my inconvenience on 10/23 on a recorded phone call but then Perla U. emailed me on 10/25/22 and said “we would be happy to assist you with the additional funds you paid on site, however we do not own or operate this parking facility. Therefore, we are unable to refund any funds that we did not collect.” Even though they did indeed collected $106. Both times I called customer service it was difficult getting someone on the phone and when I got a human they were both mean. I have since deleted this app and will never use agin. Stick with garage buddy! 1747347 is the dispute #.

I parked my car using Parkmobile and paid for an hour. I returned 45 minutes later to find a $45 parking ticket that listed the exact spot I had paid for. I have all the reciepts from Parkmobile, they are of ZERO help and I now have to give up three hours of my day to go to court in Maryland to fight this ticket! HORRIBLE service.
