Very Convenient for parking where you don’t have to to go feed money to machine bc everything is at your finger tips via phone. It alert you when time is running out so that you can add money to your parking. It’s the best app for parking !!!!

Clumsy new vehicle assignment when on vacation, and no refund capacity even within 30 seconds of realizing an error is frustrating. Designed to be punitive.

Fast easy and don’t even need to leave the vehicle

Easy to use, simple GUI, map could probably be a little more responsive but it’s well-suited to its purpose

This app is fast and easy to use.

Have the ease of adding time to your parking without worrying about making it back to the machine. I have not figured out yet how to add time to the machine. It says you can do it but I had enough problems fighting the ticket now because of a issue. So you know what I rather deal with this app

Used app to buy parking but it turned out my account was linked to an old license plate different car. This is NOT clear when you use the app - so got a ticket. These people must make hundreds of thousands of dollars every week from this mistake since the appeal process with local city is a big pain in the butt. Perfect example of sneaky tech enshittification !
