Great experience! If you have the medical documentation--then it's extremely easy and straightforward. Being able to do everything from home instead of having to go wait in an office somewhere made a huge difference for us. The doctor we spoke with was very professional and the whole thing was completed and approved so quickly.

I needed to get a Texas placard and decided to try doing the process online. It was incredibly convenient to handle the entire thing from home, and I was genuinely surprised by how quickly it was completed. The doctor I spoke with was professional and made the process feel completely legitimate and secure. It is such a relief to have this taken care of without any hassle.

I decided to use parking MD because it just seemed like a simple process. I uploaded a little bit of my own medical records because I figured that would be faster having to request them. I believe I had my approval with fully filled out Wyoming application in about 10 hours. I felt like the process was very smooth.

This was made so easy. I took my forms to DMV and less than 5 minutes I had my Placard.

Buyer BEWARE!!! This is place is a joke. I'm a senior, and a disabled Vet, sent my medical records directly from the VA, over 474 pages of medical records. Had an appointment 07/10/2026 @ 11:45AM, logged on at 11:10AM to find that my appointment had been canceled, and I needed to reschedule. I called them, and they have a AI attendant answering the phone, when I did finally speak to a live person, I was told that they needed additional medical records?? What the hell is wrong with these idiots! If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck...IT'S A DUCK (SCAM). My best advice, just get the paperwork from your Doctor, and save yourself the aggravation. UPDATE!! After I was told that they needed additional medical records, and after logging into my portal (as previous described in my first post), I received an email to log into my 11:45 appointment. This was after I had told them to cancel and refund my payment. I did speak with someone who calls themself a Dr., he was on his phone and walking down a hallway, couldn't tell if he was in a hospital. I'm absolutely certain this individual never looked at my medical records, he asked me why I wanted a placard. As I described in my intake documentation, I've had 3 back surgeries since 1988, and my Lumbar is all rods and screws. He asked if I use a cane, wheelchair or any other assistive device to walk, and I use both a walking cane, and I've personally bought an electric wheelchair, which I use when I'm going to be out for long periods of time where I'll need to be doing a lot of walking. He then told me he's approving my paperwork and take the paperwork to my local DMV to get my placard. It appears to me that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. The jury is still out as to wether I'll actually receive any paperwork, I'll update the review again within the next 48hrs. That's plenty of time for this company to send me the paperwork, and if I don't receive the paperwork within that time frame, I'll continue with requiring my refund. To be quite honest, ParkingMD has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth, and depending on what happens in the next 48hrs, will determine wether this company can get back in my good graces. 2nd UPDATE!! (07/11/2026) Received a notice in my PARKING MD portal with the heading "Application Approved" with "SUBJECT: Your Parking Permit Documents are Ready." It's says "Step 1: Download Your Completed Physician Certification This is your official, signed documentation required by the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). It must be submitted with your application. ➡️Download Your Certification Documents However, when I downloaded the document it's corrupt, and will not open. I'm very computer savvy, and work with PDF's daily, both opening them and creating them. So the document is truly corrupt. What's even more disheartening, is I spoke with their customer service yesterday afternoon (Sam), and he told me they'ed be mailing me (By USPS) my paperwork, so you can Imagine my surprise, when I saw that I needed to download the document to take to the DMV. Again, this just reiteratives what I put in my 1st update that this company is a complete cluster...... The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. I've sent them a text through the portal telling them that the PDF is corrupt, and I'm awaiting their response. If/or when I actually have the completed documentation in hand, I'll provide an additional update to this complete fiasco.

I applied for a disabled placard. I submitted documentation from several different doctors and specialist that stated I struggle with long walking or standing. Denied. But that’s not even what upset me. I live in California. This company is based in Florida. Shortly after making my purchase to ParkingMD I got a fraud alert from my bank for $440 IN FLORIDA. Luckily my bank caught it and had great fraud protection. I called the company and told them, they didn’t seem to take me serious at all. Do not use these scammers.

I signed up for a ParkingMD pass on 4/30/26. Was denied a pass after forwarding hospital and doctor's findings and notes. As of 7/10/26, have not received refund of $89.00 from ParkingMD. Consumer beware!!!!!!!!!
