I love the idea a sample can be ordered to see of a certain style or size is a better option. With my folks, I do not alwasy get an answer right away so this helps. Also the products are great and shipped timely.

I placed a call to customer service because a couple of products that I regularly purchase are on backorder. The representative who assisted me apologized for the supply chain issue, and she did her best at providing what information she had on her end as to when these items might be back in stock and ready for shipment. I suspect that she and her colleagues have been bombarded with similar inquiries, but she remained pleasant and professional as she patiently discussed possible alternative products and possible timelines for product availability. After placing my order, she informed me that the shipment would likely not go out until the first of the week, but less than twenty-four hours later, my completed order was on my front doorstep.
