Hi- My mom has been using Parentgiving for monthly shipments of undergarments for a few months now. She likes your product! We have had some split shipments, due to stock issues, but this last/most recent one didn't give a heads up or estimated shipping/tracking for the backorder. I had to call like 4 times, and each time I got a different answer. The last person I spoke to gave me the most accurate info. Not sure where the other people were getting their info?!

I’ve ordered several times from Parentgiving and never had a problem. Once I called customer service with questions about a product and they were very helpful. The Tranquility products are very good for my family member.

The nighttime Tranquility with Booster pad has saved me much laundry. We tried many sizes and brands, each time I called the representative was very patient, knowledgeable and kind.

The staff is so very kind and knowledgeable. When I need to stop an order because my mother is in the hospital they bend over backwards to help. I highly recommend this company. I would never use anyone else.
