I've been buying incontinence products from Parentgiving for my wife for about two years. Before finding parentgiving through a web search, we had been using the brands available at local stores. None fit correctly and eventually they could not do the job. My contact with Parentgiving has been useful and I'm very satisfied with their service and products. The reps with whom I've spoken are always well informed, helpful and, above all, a pleasure to work with. They provided considerable information and guidance about the differences among products and sent samples for us to try before commiting to an order. We quickly decided on Dry Direct (their house brand), which is an outstanding product. Service is reliabile and it's very easy to set up and change the auto delivery schedule, which I've done several times. Best of all, even though the prices may appear high, we're spending much less than we would had we stuck with the locally sourced products or patronized other online suppliers. You won't be disappointed!

Originally I was worried because my initial transaction did not go through. Parentsgiving requested a call due to the shipping address not matching the billing. They did this to prevent fraud, which I really appreciated. After that quick phone call- the wheelchair was delivered early and quickly. I am very satisfied with the chair! Thank you!
