Very troubling and inadequate Customer Service
I am my wife's caregiver and "long term" customer of Parent Giving. I have, until today (May 19, 2022), when I contacted Customer Services around 3:45 PM regarding my order # 695102 because we failed to receive one of two items. This representative was extremely defenseless and condescending. The item is backordered and she said I was supposed to know that the status provided was "accepted" and meant backordered. How was I supposed to know that? She said an email was sent to me explaining that status. I explained that I did not receive any email or any other communication from Parent Giving, and that is unacceptable. She defended the company's actions and, in my opinion, was very offensive, so I asked to speak to her boss. She said she had my file and would ask her boss to call me. I am totally disgusted and remain unaware when I can expect to receive the missing item, so must seek an alternate soon.
