In the website, service is offered as a premium company with a Lot of experience. The truth, i had a scheduled flight , and one day before 20:30 hrs. I received an email, not even a phone call, that they had to cancel because they didnt realized that the jet had a programed maintainance. No solutions offered, only that they wont give me the service eventhough paid and with a signed contract, unless i paid extra for a médium jet. Which i did. The didnt offered a solution for the Same price eventhough it was their responsability and mistake. If i know this 2 or 3 days before i easily booked another plane, but 14 hours before the flight, i would have expected a more professional service. Be careful, they dont Own airplanes, only charter, So, they dont have any control over this.

Dear Gustavo, We are sincerely sorry for all the trouble. Unfortunately, your first aircraft had a mechanical the night before - it was not a scheduled maintenance. And furthermore, there were no jets of a similar size available at such short notice and the only option we could find for you was a midsize jet with a different operator. Also, we make it very clear in all our communications that we are a broker and not operator and that we don't have operational control over the flight. We are sorry that these unforeseen circumstances caused a stressful experience, but mechanicals do happen.
