Absolutely awesome
Absolutely awesome. The pilots were polite and receptive to our needs, especially to our elderly passengers. They were happy and confident and so were we. Our booking agent Brian Novak was on top of his game. He just kept working to make it happen and there were many challenges. One of which was the time element. We are so grateful he did not give up. The next day after our evening flight one of the passengers was in the hospital. Our whole family is so grateful we got home to be with them. Update: out of hospital and doing great. Thanks again to the whole team.
