First of all the products are incredible! A coworker of mine bought the cards, and I was so impressed I needed to have a set of my own. I ordered the bundle with the water bottle, cards and online PDF files. Even though I’ve been a medic for a long time now, I love to keep up my knowledge and skills. The amount of information in these cards is so vast and so helpful! I’m excited to go through the online stuff. Truly the products speak for themselves. Let me touch on the customer service a bit. I didn’t receive my package even though the tracking showed it was delivered: I spoke with Joane T. with the customer service team. She was incredibly helpful, looked into the issue, and swiftly fixed the problem. I got my package soon after. Very refreshing to have such a great experience with customer service. Highly recommended! Thank you guys so much!

Thank you so much for this amazing review! 💙 We’re so glad to hear you’re enjoying the flashcards and the bundle, and that you found the information helpful even as an experienced medic. It means a lot to know our products support continued learning and skill growth. We’re also thrilled to hear Joane was able to assist you quickly, we’ll be sure to share your kind words with her and our team! Thank you again for your trust and recommendation.

The flashcards finally arrived and I can say I am truly happy that we finally received them. The only thing I can say negative it that I wish the font size was larger. Outside of that they contain exactly what my daughter needs to get familiar with medications as she continues her pursuit of becoming a nurse.
