Wow, great customer service and fast shipping!
I stumbled upon Paradise Fibers while looking for a pom-pom maker. I found exactly what I wanted, and was able to redeem a free shipping coupon when creating an account. What really surprised me was the super-fast shipping -- within 24 hours! I look forward to shopping at Paradise Fibers in the future.

Fabulous Fiber Fast!
I have made several purchases and every one was perfect. It's fast and I love the point system. I can't stop raving about the Fiber Cub. It's my Christmas every month of the year.

Dear Angela, Thanks for letting us know! We put a lot of work into our clubs so they have a good mix of interesting fibers. I love to drop spin my fiber club samples! Thanks for giving an honest and informative review both of us and one of our "unknown unquantifiable" products! If you are ever interested there is an awesome Fiber Club community on Ravelry and I love to see photos of what people are spinning up, please consider posting photos of your spinning! Thanks again for taking the time to review us and happy spinning! Sincerely, Morgan G.

I am a long time shopper of paradise fibers. They always have what I need, for a good price, and often run sales making it fun to see what's new.

Paradise is just that.....a place of extreme delight or happiness!
I walk in and am greeted personally. They know their business and they are always eager to help you find the perfect yarn or item to complete your project. I can order online and pick up at the store, or they will mail me my items promptly and I know I will have them within a few days. Love shopping at paradise.

Excellent Experience!
I'd been wanting to order from Paradise Fibers for a long time (they carry a lot of luxury yarn I've never seen anywhere else) but for one reason or another, hadn't had the opportunity to. When I decided to make socks for my family members for Christmas, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to try them. I got an immediate email telling me my order had been received, then another one (very quickly) telling me my order was being processed. I received my shipping confirmation the next day, and my order arrived two days later. I was very impressed with their fast service and the Norton Shopping Guarantee was a nice touch. I will definitely be ordering some of those luscious luxury yarns they carry in the future!

Easy, fast purchase!
I ordered a small circular knitting needle from Paradise Fibers. The needle I needed was a size not easily found in stores. Not only did they have it, it was the best price. It was shipped on the Friday I ordered it and arrived on Monday. Easy and fast purchase. I would shop with them again!
