I also appreciate their purchase-points system and promotional freebies. The freebies are useful, good products - not junk! I purchased a pair of your combs based on your "how-to" video. You were absolutely right-- I needed combs (and not cards) to deal with a beautiful raw Icelandic fleece I've been struggling with. Amazing what happens when the light bulb goes on! These combs are beautifully made and just the thing to produce clean, spinnable fleece!
