I had a crisis w/my wheel, and w/one phone call to Paradise Fibers I had my solution and the part arrived in the mail the next day!
Out of nowhere, my drive band broke on my 16 year old Lendrum! It was such a shock - guess it never occurred to me that that would/could happen! But I made a quick call to Paradise, talked to Rachel, and my new drive band was in the mail that afternoon! 24 hours and 80 miles north of Spokane, the new band was on my wheel! Great info and service! Thank you!

Great online store with everything you could dream of for spinning, knitting, and crocheting!!
I Just started spinning, I bought a lady bug. I have bought all my fiber from paridise. I was able to stop into the store and my mind was completely blown by the extent of the products. I am a true fan of this business!!

Wow!
That was super quick! I placed my order late Monday night and it was in my mailbox Wednesday morning. Everything was perfect! Can't wait to spin up the lovely braid of BFL/silk that I ordered. Thank you!!!

Very quick and fabulous!
I found the website to be so easy to navigate. The checkout was great and I got the yarn so quickly! It was exactly what I wanted and I will be shopping with them again.

FANtastic company!
I love Paradise Fibers! FANtastic company!Quite frequently, they offer free shipping, and it's speedy too. There's a nice selection of merchandise. They are friendly folks and follow up if you have a question. The points reward system is a great incentive too. There are a few problems: Sometimes points are not rewarded and are held back for some reason. The description of an item is inaccurate. Some items regularly out of stock.
