Quality product! I've had chronic intractable (am always in pain) for 15 years. Papa and Barkley products are definitely effective.

Site is difficult to use. Does not apply coupons they send you. Customer service takes forever to reply snd delivery time was ridiculous. Cream does nothing to alleviate pain.

A great experience! I was referred to Relief Balm from a neighbor, and first purchased at a dispensary, but it was time to reorder and I found your website and placed my order (bonus: saved $ by ordering directly from P&B). It was very easy and my balm came within a few days; perfect. The product is fabulous for my back pain and my boyfriend's shoulder pain. I'm really hoping you'll come out with a spray of sorts - I realize it likely won't be as effective because you rub the balm in and the warmth gives it that kick start. I just don't always have someone to rub it on my back. But I recommend anyone with mucle and joint pain to try it, it works and smells awesome.
