I have been trying to get someone to help me cancel my subscription. I've emailed and left voice messages. I am interested in tge balm with thc. I can't get this on a subscription. The product is goid. Customer service is terrible

After using the oil and the cream I can't say that it has done much for the pain in my knee or neck .. I'm not saying the product is bad it's just not helping my issues. My only other comment is the shipping took almost two weeks !

I love the pain relief balm. I’m a subscriber of it, but my latest package from Papa and Barkley had a misprint on the address label and was sent/received by a neighbor 3 blocks away. Lucky for me the neighbor notified me after finding my phone number inside the box on the invoice. USPS is at fault. Thank you neighbor!
