P&B shipped via DHL to my P. O. box address. DHL showed package delivered by USPS. Package not received nor was notification received at USPS boxes, for over a week. I was supplied only DHL tracking number. USPS needed their USPS tracking number for search. P&B's recommendation was for me (customer) to wait in line at USPS to do search, WITHOUT USPS tracking number. Severe weakness in package shipping logistics! Little help from P&B Customer service.

I was not able to get what I needed but I think it is regulation issues. Having the product available to other states would be great.
