I just canceled my subscription for their Releaf drops. I was a long time customer and found the product helpful. Unfortunately their customer service is unacceptable. Their phone number is just a voicemail system. Email is the only way to communicate. I had to re send an email to customer service when they didn’t respond to my first attempt at reaching them. They created a problem with my account when they finally addressed my concerns and then implied that I was to blame for the confusion. It was as though a bad version of AI was responding. Infuriating!

They sent me a product ready to expire the following month. It's a dark brown color, not light brown and translucent. They said it's normal to use it one after the expiration date. Interesting, huh? They also said it's potency is assured for 2 years from manufacturing date, which they won't give you so how do you know when it was manufactured? Can you believe the mental gymnastics they will do instead of replacing the product?

I ordered this product in December; I forgot to add my unit address, so I didn't get the product. I called the number 3 times and left messages; I emailed them; I had hoped they would re-ship to me or refund my money. It's been over a month, but I have not gotten a response. Very poor customer service, I would not subscribe to thier service.
