Pill form and ointment review.
It’s a good product. Not sure if pill form is actually helping but the ointment does help almost as soon as it’s rubbed into the knee.

Arthritis relief
I am almost 74, and I have arthritis in my hand. Tried several other balms, but Papa & Barkley is the first to actually relieve the ache. I have recommended this product to my friends.
