I ordered this product to help me sleep.I have pretty bad insomnia (mostly staying asleep is my problem) and I have tried many things. I’ve found that this product if taken about 40 minutes before bedtime, definitely relaxes me and makes me sleepy. If I take it alone, I still wake up affair 4-5 hours but I can usually dose back to sleep better. If I combine it with a little melatonin, or a 5 mg Ambien or even a couple Advil it works a little better for me staying asleep(5-6 hours) It also helps with pain and inflammation in my shoulder that I believe wakes me up. The product delivery was prompt and I plan on continuing to use for now.
