Disapointed
Still waiting for my order which is going on three weeks. Called the number for Pantry Paratus "talk to a real person", should state talk to a real person on the answering machine. Left a message and no one ever contacted me, this has been over a week ago. Received an email stating that my order was being shipped directly from the factory, so I guess this means don't bother us, not our problem.

If for some reason we were unable to answer the phone, we return calls within 24 hours Monday-Saturday, although we were off this past Friday due to the holiday. We do not show any outstanding calls--perhaps it didn't record for some reason? We are very sorry that we've missed your call somehow! Did you receive a tracking number from us?
