Great product good quality

UPDATED 10-11-26: Pandaize finally sent me an XL to replace the original L that was way too small in this country. But, although they told me to keep the original Large, they charged me 1/2 price for the XL replacement. As promised to them, once I received the XL today, I would go online here and edit my review. I now have what I ordered and paid for. The lesson here is: order 1 size bigger than you usually wear.

Stephon was SOOO helpful to me with my order of 2 hats for my grandchildren. He is so professional, nice, compassionate, his communication is "out of this world", he goes above & beyond in answering any questions I have, he is just UNBELIEVABLE!!! I am very impressed with his skills & he did everything to make sure I was a happy customer. He deserves a raise!!

I purchased a hat previously from Pandaize and was greatly surprised at the cost and quality of the hat. My husband loves it. When I saw another hat I liked, I purchased it, however, I accidentally ordered two . I emailed Pandaize and requested the second hat be removed and the amount returned to my credit card. I received a reply from Stephon. Stephon took care of my request immediately and without hesitation. It has been a pleasure dealing with Pandaize and I will purchase more merchandise. I will say I was hesitant to buy from Pandaize because I never heard of the company, but I am thrilled with their products and with Stephon of their customer service Department. A really exceptional company and employee.

The communication between seller and myself was brilliant, couldn't do enough to help me,I only had i delivery instead of 2 and they found the problem and offered me a refund pr another hat,and of course I went for the hat! 👏👏👍🥳🥳
