Not made for the US market. Runs small.
Entire closeline runs a small. And the colors are different. From batch to batch. If you purchase a shirt. Then purchase. A hat with the same emblem. The emblem may be. Different in color? That doesn't match your shirt. Because I'm told. That's a different batch. Well then. Do not ship it. In your advertisement. The hat color was much brighter. The actual hat I received. Was dull. Poor quality control.

Iron on artwork patches.
The ball cap was fine, I liked the emblem on the cap but it was an iron on patch of my college sports team. It won't last long.I was expecting a stitched pattern. Won't buy from them any more.

Poor customer service when things go wrong.
I ordered a hat which arrived with defective stitching. I sent photos and received a reply advising me to iron the hat to solve problems. My wife is a seamstress and told me that no end of ironing would fix poor workmanship. Pandaize offered a replacement but said I would need to pay a further £3.99 shipping which I wasn't happy with so I asked for a refund. Pandaize are now ignoring my request. My order number was #pd103477. I will not be ignored.

Poor Quality, No Full Refund Option
I ordered 3 items, one of which was a printed T-shirt. It arrived with the image printed squint, and a heavy, rubbery feel. Customer services said I would have to cover expensive shipping fees to China to get a refund, or accept refund of just the original shipping fee as compensation. In the end I was refunded about 20% of the value of the T-shirt. The 2 caps I ordered were slightly disappointing quality also.
