Today my wife when to buy beef and broccoli at panda and it was bad with a bad taste and not well cook we end it up throughout.

I went in to panda express in Vancouver Wa last week and I went inside to order my food and a worker and the manager who were wearing a mask kicked me out right after I told her that I'm hard of hearing and rely on lip reading. So I told my daughter in law about what they did to me. She got so angry and called them to complain about their attitude towards me. Clearly THEY VIOLATED THE AMERICAN DISABILITIES LAW. I will find a lawyer and sue them for discrimination! To all deaf and HOH people, DO NOT GO TO PANDA EXPRESS!

I love Panda Express. We goes there at least twice a week. Today’s very disappointed, we ordered 3 orders of chickens teriyaki bowl and 1 ordered of pepper steak to go, came home with all uncooked rice, how could you sales uncooked rice to customer that you won’t eat it yourself and don’t expect others to do the same, you should treat others the same way that you want to be treated. FYI this is not our first time got uncooked rice. I’ve enough of it, I don’t want to give a bad review but we deserve a good quality for what we spend for. We have to throw out theirs uncooked rice and cooked it our own. We are not going back😡😡

Panda Express on green River road in front of Meijer. No sign in the door to require a mask, but as soon as you walk through the door, a Chinese lady will yell at you to put your mask on. The "please" at the end hardly helps. HAVE A SIGN. DON'T EMBARRASS YOUR CUSTOMERS BY YELLING AT THEM FOR NO REASON! SIGN!

I would give no starts if I could. I found hair in my food at the location in Denton store 2395.

Love Panda. Buuuut, the drive thru line is always literally 8 cars or more, and they're never very friendly. The food is bomb tho. But I wish they would back off on the rice and give me more Sweet Fire. Yummmmm. Oh yeah and their sodas are HUGE lol

I did takeaway and when I checked the bag at home, they had forgotten an item. When I checked the receipt, it was clearly there. I had paid for an item that I did not receive.

Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
