I didn't even want to leave one star for this review because I was so dissatisfied with the whole experience. First I tried to call my order in ahead of time but was told that it was busy so call back!! Second when I did call back it was 2 hrs later when I finally got to order. Upon getting my meal it was terrible, then Chow Mein was bland, the rice was cold, dry, and sticky. The orange chicken didn't even taste like orange chicken and was dry as well. The only thing I would give 5 stars to would be the fortune cookie!! Your service and quality have gone way down hill, I don't think I will be wasting my money on your food anymore.

They lost my business forever, unless they put black pepper chicken back on the menu. We don't all want everything fried. I spend about 60 bucks a week, ordering my lunch for work. Plus I donate to children's hospital every purchase. Whenever they want 240 bucks a month back in revenue maybe they'll change the menu back. Until than I will not be back.

My grandmother came in and asked for orange chicken on her meal, the guy repeated it and said it right. We got home and it was Hawaiian shrimp. She's deathly allergic of shrimp. If she would've ate it she wouldn't be alive.

Andrew Cherng is worth over 2 BILLION DOLLARS. Any normal business such as Target gives back to the community without asking customers to donate at every purchase. I give to my charities. Don't give to Cherng, as he most likely keeps some of the money. I hope the Feds investigate, and donation at retail should be outlawed, as can't be trusted.

The Panda in Cleburne is always out of something. It seems that I always have to wait on something. The service at this location is terrible. I like the food but I do not use the Cleburne restaurant anymore. They need management in this restaurant. I just left this restaurant for the last time because of my wait when the food I was waiting on was ready but other customers were being served before me while I was still waiting.

I love panda express it's a healthy meal at a good price 😋.

Orange chicken very good and like the pepper chicken as well. Good value
