I ordered a drum from Panda and immediately received an email thanking me for the order. Then I received another email giving updates on delivery time. They kept me informed while I waited for the delivery. I wasn’t used to the service and appreciation. It helped me know and trust the type of business they are. After delivery I was again impressed with the care of packaging and presentation. I was amazed at the quality of the drum and components. Having collected many drums over the years I had favorites. The beauty and wonderful sound of this drum immediately made it my all time favorite. I wish more companies would conduct business this way.

The customer representative was excellent, she was very prompt and courteous as she responded to and fixed an ordering issue. The drum arrived slowly but safely. I am delighted with it. I used it for joy because I enjoy the sounds and vibrations. I am not a musician and cannot vouch that the drum has perfect pitch.
