Free trial is a scam
Free trial is a scam. They claim to support unlimited esignatures but they don't allow you to download documents without using a paid tier. Pure bait & Switch.
Response from PandaDocJan 26, 2023
Hello, Randy. We apologize for the frustration this must have caused. Our free plan does allow for unlimited e-Signatures, as well as access to unlimited designs. However, it does have limited functionality with regard to document downloads. I am sorry if this wasn't clear in our messaging, we'll take a look at that. If this functionality is an option you require, I hope one of our other plans would work for you. We'd love to have your business.

Great all round
Not only is the app and programme itself really good and helpful, but the customer service is exceptional! Fast response time, detailed and clear answers, friendly yet professional, and compassionate of the situation every single time. This is a quality that is rarely seen in big companies nowadays, and one I value very much.

Proposals that clients like!
Once in the swing and content library is complete, the proposals are swift to put together. Need a built in Column for gross and net pricing (or list vs. discount). Currently to cumbersome to put together that way.

Poor support
Poor support. Misled me regarding onboarding.
Response from PandaDocJan 26, 2023
Hello, John. We apologize for the inconvenience and want to make this right. Please keep in mind that we do have an amazing onboarding service that could be of tremendous benefit to you although I'm sorry the expectation wasn't met. A member of the CSM team will reach out to discuss them in greater detail and I hope we can help you find the value.

PandaDoc is a great E-Signature service
The PandaDoc app is feature rich and easy to use. Also, the free version of the app is useful for basic e-signature needs. Their paid versions are similar to competitors and typically much less cost. Prior to October 2022, the PandaDoc platform was somewhat slow and they have taken steps to increase performance and cut page load time to less than a couple of seconds.
