So simple and easy to use!

I imported about 20 documents, assigned signature fields and shared to all recipients for signatures. I got feedback as people signed documents and when documents were completed with all signatures. However, when downloading the completed documents there are no signature certificates. Customer support now tells me that even if it states signed and completed, and even if all recipents have confirmed that they did in fact open, sign and finish the document, no signature certificates are in fact available and we need to do it all over again. In fear that the result will be the same, I will opt for a different application for document signatures.

Aside from the speedy response. The concern was addressed accurately. Great job!!

I was unable to use this service after enrolling and asked to cancel. I went back and forth with the company and they agreed to cancel the subscription. Then 3 months later charged my card and after going back and forth, 6 months later they charged my card again. I spoke with several representatives and none could reverse the charges or cancel the upcoming charges. So I essentially paid for a service I could not use. Very disappointed!

Easy to use and cost effective.

They offer a 'free' trial, so I spent time completing a form to send. When it came to share it, I was asked to upgrade as they wouldn't let you share the file (for signing) under the 'free' trial. I also scheduled a demo, but no one turned up. I waited 20 mins then gave up. The chat with online help cuts out (x3, until I gave up on that also). Staff talk about 'looping in' and 'creating tickets' without really much help or guidance.
