Pandadoc is very easy to use. We have many customers that are not tech savvy and have no problems e-signing our documents.

I was on trail and I needed somthing that I could use to send and receive Credit Card Authorization froms in. I thought they would be like Docu Sign but I got a nasty email from Admin about reading the terms. They do not allow and card number or anything like that. I thought this was a secure place to send Docs? I guess if you want to send a simple Doc for buying a car that does not have any credit card of Social Security number then this might fit you well. Very basic with a high cost in my books.

You have a great tool. But when things go wrong as they occasionally do, you also have great support. Thanks!

The tool is intuitive and easy. There are always a few hitches or usability things that can be improved but nothing that has held our implementation back. Rachael Buckingham has been amazing working through and educating us.

It is very easy to use, very quick and practical and takes almost no time to learn how to navigate it.
