Easy to use and upload

My issue raised regarding confidentiality a key reason we use Pandadoc was ignored and unattended to in a serous manner. I was trying to understand how can a non concerned party received a confidential document in cc - when no one was granted access to the account except for me and the document was already fully signed and completed - as per the work order sequence I had set up and to which I did not include the third party in question who is non privy to the concerned doc. Instead of full attention from Pandadoc I got one email with no explanation nor resolution to the issue at hand. I requested a log of events to trace the issue, to which I received an email claiming multiple access to the account which seems to brush aside my concern and an issue that should be of high concern for a service provider who’s whole business premise is based on Trust and Confidentiality.

The ONLY problem I have in PandaDoc is that the Signature, Text, Radio, Date buttons, etc... cannot be re-arranged. I would like to have the ability to individualize MY PandaDoc Page when setting up a document.

Leider muss ich aufgrund meiner kürzlichen Erfahrungen eine eher negative Bewertung abgeben. Obwohl das Tool an sich praktisch erscheint, empfand ich es in der Anwendung als überladen und kompliziert. Ein Hauptproblem war der Umgang mit der Kündigung meines Accounts. Trotz dreimaliger Kündigung erhielt ich weiterhin Rechnungen. Diese anhaltende Belastung, verbunden mit einer mangelnden Reaktion auf meine Support-Tickets, führte zu einer enormen Frustration. Erst nachdem ich die Bezahlung der Rechnungen verweigerte, wurde mein Plan endlich deaktiviert. Diese Erfahrung lässt mich am Kundenservice und an den internen Prozessen zweifeln. Eine prompte und effiziente Reaktion auf Kundenanliegen scheint hier nicht gewährleistet zu sein.
