Have purchased 2 hats over last 4 years. They fit and they last! Their "measuring tape" worked perfectly. ( You print on to regular letter size page cut into strips and assemble. -- I am not mechanically gifted. Just follow directions and you get a perfect fit).

The hats are offered in a choice of prices which are related to the quality of the weave. But even the least expensive is a well-made by hand Panama hat. Also, the company has a monthly drawing which offers the winner a new Panama hat. I have to be careful; I'm a hat addict and could very well buy a hat a month if I'm not careful.

Excellent service and price. The hat came in a box that is great for storage. I should have used the tape to measure as the hat was a tad small as I took a SWAG on the size based on my regular hat size. Be sure to measure.

i have a big head; i know...i know...i sound like a politician; but my head is big enough that the only hats i can find that will absolutely fit are ski hats; and i live in florida; the hat panama direct made for me fits wonderfully well, and looks good enough when i wear it that several times a month someone will comment on it; but wait - there's more; the hat is fully three years old, and it gets worn about 5.5 days per week on average, which is a LOT of wear; still good shape, still good feel
