From the initial purchase experience through to the delivery, the process couldn't have been smoother. It exceeded my expectations, in that I was able to customize and understand all the choices and aspects of hat production that would impact my final selection. Staff were in touch to update on delivery and overall, I'm very pleased with this hat. Very high quality and authentic. I've gotten many compliments!

Great selection of styles and grades. Mr Casey, the owner, is very nice to work with and addressed my questions along the way personally. I definitely recommend it for other customers.

Worst value ever. It started falling apart immediately. It cost me 135. I bought one in Ecuador a couple years later for 18.00. It's still in pretty good shape.
